2. Data processed
UESE processes identification and contact data, information contained in the CV, education records, experience, certifications, motivation letter and any data relating to economic situation or inclusion criteria where voluntarily provided or required for assessment.

4. Retention
Data are retained for the time required to complete the selection and thereafter for a reasonable period connected with reporting, disputes, audits or compatible future initiatives, unless erasure or objection requests apply within legal limits.

Data may be processed by authorised UESE personnel, committee members, consultants, IT providers, email or document platforms and parties supporting the organisation of the programme, strictly on a need-to-know basis.
6. Rights
The data subject may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where provided by the GDPR, and may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
7. Nature of provision
Providing data necessary for the application is required to participate in the selection. Failure to provide such data may prevent assessment of the application. Additional data are optional.
